Sberbank Corporate University is the first university in Russia's corporate sector to use the Leaders Teach Leaders format in its educational programs.
About the program
Leaders Teach Leaders involves forming a teaching resource from among the senior and mid-level managers of the Bank in order to increase customization, develop a corporate culture, and optimize training costs. We conduct teaching skills development programs for leaders participating in the initiative on a regular basis, prepare teaching materials for teachers and create an operational support system for leaders participating in the initiative.
