Hotel Complex
Area 133-150m2. A spacious and comfortable home for the whole family. You have the option of choosing a cottage with two or three bedrooms. Each cottage has a separate study room, a bathroom with a shower in each bedroom, a large living room with a dining table, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, utensils and cutlery.
Two-room apartment. Area 38m2. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay—a double bed, ergonomic upholstered furniture, a work area with all the necessary connections for gadgets, a separate bathroom, tea station, and mini fridge. With panoramic windows, the room is always bright and airy. Perfect for accommodating the whole family for extended stays.
Area 20m2. You have the option of choosing a room with one double bed or two single beds. All rooms have a balcony with a wonderful view of the forest or landscape park. The room has everything that you may need—from a safe and wireless smartphone charger to an ironing board and tea station. A cozy room for a comfortable stay.
Area 20m2. An atmosphere of privacy with a panoramic view of the forest or park. The natural tones in the interior help you to recharge after a busy day. The room has everything you need, including tea-making facilities and a mini kitchen. A comfortable option for privacy and relaxation.
Restaurants
A separate building with its own parking facilities, a lounge area and a summer terrace. Guests can watch broadcasts of the main Russian and international sports tournaments—and place bets, in keeping with the traditions of sports bars! The Campus Sports Bar has a karaoke system, Russian billiards, American billiards, air hockey, and table football.
Sports Complex
The sports hall is a professional-level venue for basketball, badminton, volleyball, futsal, and table tennis. It has everything you need for fitness training—from fitballs to wall bars. The hall has a powerful ventilation system. Competitions and training sessions are conducted in a comfortable environment, even if a large number of participants are involved.
The hall is equipped with Technogym fitness machines. A cardiozone, weight training zone, functional training zone, free weights zone—all types of training facilities are available to our guests. A pleasant and inspiring feature of the gym at Sberbank Corporate University Sports Complex is the panoramic view of the forest.

The indoor sports pool has 4 lanes. Each lane is 25 meters. Group/individual training sessions are available to guests, as well as casual swimming sessions. The pool's water treatment system filters the entire volume of water within a few hours and includes UV treatment.
Spa Center
In the spa center, our staff maintain an atmosphere of calmness and serenity. You can easily restore your internal balance after a busy working day, relieve tiredness, and feel truly rested. The services available to guests in the spa center include a sauna, hammam, mini-pools, an outdoor plunge pool, 3 universal spa treatment rooms, and a relaxation zone.
The banya is the oldest spa tradition in Russia. You will have the opportunity to become part of the banya tradition, sample authentic banya procedures, learn more about the history and culture of the banya tradition, and renew your body and soul.
